All Connect branches offer click & collect, subject to product availability.
Your selected branch will notify you when your items are ready to be collected. Please do not travel to collect your order until confirmation has been made.
Yes, you can split your basket at the checkout or on the product pages. We will take payment for the whole order including any delivery fees.
You will be notified prior to purchasing the product(s) if your chosen branch does not have the available stock and given the option to change branch.
Credit Account customers will be able to pay using their online account. All other customers will need to provide a form of payment at the online checkout.
You will need to bring your order confirmation email that states your items are ready to be collected as well as a form of ID that matches the name on the order. Driver's licence, passport and debit/credit card are all accepted forms of ID.
We charge £7.95 + VAT for all orders under £250 + VAT. If your order total is £250 or greater, delivery will be free of charge.
