Returns Policy

Connect Plumbing & Heating Supplies will allow the return of any purchase within 14 days of receipt,
Once you have informed us of the return you will have 14 days to return the item to our store which we will refund in full after inspection of the goods, excluding any delivery charges paid.

Connect Plumbing & Heating Supplies will also allow the return of products in following cases:

  • Defective, damaged, or significantly different in specifications as mentioned on www.connectplumbing.co.uk

Connect or any of its merchants will not accept returns in following cases:

  • Product is used/worn or altered
  • Physical damage to the box or to the product
  • If returned without original packaging and accessories
  • If sealed package of branded products has been opened

Replacement of the product will only be done if any fault of the merchant of “Connect Plumbing & Heating Supplies”.

If you have received an incorrect product, damaged product, empty parcel, or if the product is not working after installation, please inform us at our email customerservice@connectplumbing.co.uk, so we can look at your return request, and we will respond within 72-hours.

  • Customer Support will confirm the return request and will inform you about the pickup process.
  • If the item is being returned as new, please ensure the product is in an unused and original                           condition. Include all labels, original packing and invoice along with the product.

Connect Plumbing & Heating Supplies may cancel the order under following scenarios:

  • Product no longer available or temporarily out of stock
  • Non-serviceable locations
  • Restriction on quantity ordered
  • Problems identified by our credit and fraud avoidance department
  • Incomplete or inaccurate address
  • Correct payment method or required transit document is not shared
